Shoppers looking for cozy wool footwear may want to head to Apgujeong. Premium Australian wool footwear brand EVERAU has opened a pop-up store on the second floor of Galleria Luxury Hall WEST. Notably, this time the brand has gone beyond shoes, expanding its assortment to include bags and winter accessories. The pop-up runs through Nov. 15.
EVERAU was brought to Korea by Highlight Brands Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jun-kwon), which also operates Malbon Golf, Kodak Apparel and Diadora. The brand entered the Korean market in September last year and, at the end of that year, ran its first pop-up stores at Hyundai Department Store's Apgujeong flagship and The Hyundai Seoul, drawing a positive response. Founded in Sydney, Australia, in 2008, the brand draws inspiration from Australia's vast natural landscapes, free-spirited lifestyle and surf culture. It is currently present in around 20 countries, including the U.S. and the U.K.

The brand's roots trace back to the wool boots worn by Australian surfers in the 1960s to stay warm. Building on this heritage, EVERAU aims to be more than a wool footwear label, positioning itself as a lifestyle brand that embodies Australian culture. Under the slogan 'Be WhoEver You Are,' it conveys the brand message: 'Always at your best, true to yourself, in any moment and any season.'
The pop-up space has been designed to let visitors experience the brand's identity firsthand. The brand's signature sheep logo has been rendered as a three-dimensional sculpture, accompanied by softly textured objects evoking sheep's wool, natural wood and organically curved fixtures. A calm palette centered on ivory and beige infuses the entire space with the warmth and comfort characteristic of wool, while eco-friendly materials and restrained design express the comfortable yet sophisticated lifestyle the brand pursues, according to the company.
On site, visitors can explore a wide wool footwear lineup, including the 'TEDDYCOZY' series, the brand's key product for the Fall/Winter 2026 season, as well as boots, slippers and slip-ons. EVERAU uses premium Australian merino wool in its shoes to bring out the material's natural softness and warmth. The lining features 16mm high-density wool to reduce shedding and enhance cushioned comfort, while wool's inherent breathability and moisture-regulating properties deliver a pleasant fit, the brand explains.

The uppers are treated for everyday water resistance for easy care, and the shoes feature a lightweight TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) insole and a high-traction Evergrip outsole for light, comfortable wear. According to the brand, the outsole supports stable walking and offers slip resistance on snow, ice and in rain, making the shoes well suited for daily wear regardless of season or weather.
This season's new highlight is bags. By expanding its assortment to include new bags, such as bucket bags, backpacks and crossbody bags, as well as winter accessories, the brand has broadened its offering beyond footwear to encompass the full winter lifestyle.

Opening promotions have also been prepared. All products are offered at 10% off, and select items are available at up to 50% off in limited quantities. Every customer who makes a purchase will receive a mini boot keyring, and the first five customers spending KRW 300,000 or more will receive a petite muffler. From Oct. 22 to 24, a three-day participatory event for visitors will offer gifts including EVERAU shoes, keyrings and cookies, ending early once the gifts run out.
An EVERAU representative said that, building on the positive response from last year's pop-ups at major department stores, the brand is presenting a more diverse product lineup this year at Galleria Luxury Hall WEST. The representative added that the brand hopes the pop-up will allow more customers to experience the distinctive quality of premium wool footwear and a comfortable, stylish lifestyle, while enjoying a variety of promotional benefits. The pop-up continues on the second floor of Galleria Luxury Hall WEST in Apgujeong through Nov. 15.
