IVE's Rei and Liz each brought a different kind of charm to Paris. The two attended the Valentino Spring/Summer 2027 show, held in Paris on the 4th (local time).
Rei wore a tweed jacket with standout bow details from Valentino's Cruise 2027 collection, paired with a lace miniskirt for a look that was both sweet and polished. She finished the outfit of classic fabrics with a Valentino Garavani Rockstud Spike shoulder bag in black, embroidered with butterflies and flowers, which added a striking accent.
Liz also chose pieces from the Cruise 2027 collection: a cardigan embellished with floral beading, worn with a draped leather miniskirt for a romantic yet elegant effect. She added a black Valentino Garavani Rockstud Spike shoulder bag for a chic finishing touch, creating a mood distinct from Rei's.
The bag both chose is the Valentino Garavani Rockstud Spike bag, reworked in new proportions for the Valentino Fall/Winter 2026 Interferenze collection this past March. It features a quilted body with small Rockstud embellishments. By picking the same design in different colors, the two showed how their styles differ. Rei's black multicolor version played up a bold, distinctive charm, while Liz's all-black version emphasized a sleek, chic feel.
The Valentino Spring/Summer 2027 collection was presented at the Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève in Paris's 5th arrondissement under the direction of creative director Alessandro Michele. It started from the concept of the "Antilibrary." The collection drew a parallel between the countless possibilities held in books not yet read and the clothes in a wardrobe not yet worn, exploring new possibilities that fashion allows us to imagine.
